Reinvent the cocktail that charmed drinkers for most of the 20th century with a dash of Highbank Organic Apple Brandey

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce apple brandey
  • 1 ounce dark crème de cacao liqueur
  • 1 ounce cream
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

Method

  • Chill a cocktail glass while gathering your ingredients
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the brandy, crème de cacao, and cream. Shake well.
  • Strain into your chilled cocktail glass, finely grate your nutmeg and enjoy!
