Ingredients
- 30ml Organic Kilkenny Apple Gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup / Organic Orchard Syrup
- champagne
- lemon zest
- ice
Method
Step 1
Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup (or sub in some Organic Orchard syrup) and Organic Kilkenny Gin into a cocktail shaker then fill up with ice. Shake well then strain into a champagne flute.
Step 2
Top with a little champagne, leave to settle (as it will bubble up) then fill up with more champagne.
