Step back in time and sip on the delightful decades-old staple tipple that was enjoyed in the sublime streets of Paris...

Ingredients

  • 30ml Organic Kilkenny Apple Gin
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup / Organic Orchard Syrup
  • champagne
  • lemon zest
  • ice

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup (or sub in some Organic Orchard syrup) and Organic Kilkenny Gin into a cocktail shaker then fill up with ice. Shake well then strain into a champagne flute. 

     

  • Step 2

    Top with a little champagne, leave to settle (as it will bubble up) then fill up with more champagne.
