TEACH SCOILE by the happy tummy co. is a place to engage with the science behind the food that we eat. And in so doing, Karen hopes to inspire prevention before cure.
The happy tummy co was born out of a need to feel wild and free. Growing up a constipated mess, with inflammation caused by IBS negatively infiltrating my mental and physical well being,
The Happy Tummy Co. began in Hackney, East London out of a need I had for real, digestible bread.
Food fads have long diminished the core and necessary value in the food that we eat. The commoditization of food has diminished the quality in our food system. A growing dependence on supermarkets to curate our health has made them not only food suppliers but pharmacists as well.
Here's to depending on real food for the sake of your health, head and heart.
King of Kefir Trust Your Gut
King of Kefir is Ireland’s and Europe’s first brewery dedicated to water kefir, they have been using traditional water kefir grains since 2014.
They use only organic botanical extracts and herbal infusions. No artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives ever touch our products.
The ingredients list is simple and transparent: live water Kefir, Highbank organic apple juice syrup, filtered water, and a touch of organic herbs and spices. That’s it!
Enjoy a guilt-free drink with less than 7 calories per can, The water kefir is a testament to health without compromise.
The sustainability is further strengthened by the decision to forgo industrial carbon dioxide for carbonation. Instead, the live cultures naturally produce the fizz, significantly reducing the carbon footprint.
Bean & Goose
Sisters Karen and Natalie Keane founded Bean and Goose with a simple idea: that chocolate could reflect a sense of place, a respect for craft, and a responsibility to the planet.
Their journey began at Last Tree Farm in County Wexford where every bar they make is rooted in the rhythms of nature, inspired by the seasons, and crafted slowly, by hand.
Working with Irish Ingredients Since the beginning of their journey their flavours have been inspired by Ireland.
