This is a more subtle version of the Brandey, 100% apple, 100% organic, knocks any Calvados into a cocked hat. Again, this is very special as a post-pre-prandial drink on the rocks, but it is also very comfortable with Ginger ale or soda. Very popular as an ingredient in any cocktail recipe that calls for Calvados.
