Ingredients

  • 50ml White Port
  • 5ml Sherry
  • 7ml Highbank Organic Orchard Syrup

Method

Located just 20 minutes from our orchard in Cuffesgrange, head to Tābú and experience it for yourself! Using our award-winning Organic Orchard syrup, enjoy a refreshing cocktail alongside a spread of global flavours at Tābú!

  • Add all ingredients to a stirring glass before straining into a tumbler
  • Add a large ice cube to the tumbler
  • Garnish with a thinly sliced apple
