Apple Pie Hot Toddy

The festive season in a glass, this Glendalough Distillery Apple Pie Hot Toddy is a beautiful addition to your fireside chats 

Ingredients

  • 45 ml  Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin
  • 15 ml  Highbank Orchard Syrup or Homemade Apple Syrup
  • 7.5 ml  Monin Apple Pie Syrup
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 7.5 ml  Lemon Juice
  • 75 ml  Hot Water
  • 30 ml  Vanilla Cream
  • Garnish:  Freshly grated nutmeg and thin apple slice

Method

From the minds at Glendalough Distillery, comes a modern (and delicious) Hot Toddy recipe with a beautiful apple-y twist

  1. Add Highbank Orchard Syrup or Homemade Apple Syrup, Monin Apple Pie Syrup, bitters, lemon juice, and hot water to a pre-warmed glass.
  2. Pour in Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin and stir gently.
  3. Float vanilla cream on top.
  4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and thin apple slice.
