  • 250 mls filtered, cold water
  • 1 small carrot, washed and peeled
  • 3 cm piece of ginger root, peeled
  • 1 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 juice of fresh lemon
  • ice for blending optional

-Add all of your ingredients to a blender, add your desired amount of ice and blend! This tonic can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
