plumpest Cherrys. Cavistons Restaurant opened its doors 1996, with 50
years behind us in the seafood business it was time to expand into
hospitality. The restaurant was an opportunity to showcase the freshest
seafood in Dublin which we had come to know so well. Evidence of the
excellence offered by the restaurant is provided by the reams of
critical acclaim – national and international. The menu is selected by
head chef Noel Cusack on a daily basis and is subject to the day’s catch
