Simple Simon’s Restaurant and Wholefoods Store was opened under the ownership of Finbar Rock in August 2010. Based on the Diamond, In Donegal Town, the restaurant is open 6 days a week. Serving freshly made dishes that include vegetarian and vegan options, we try to cater to the health conscious, gluten free and lovers of good foods.
