Bia Beag Meet the Makers at Savour Kilkenny Food Festival

This year at Savour Kilkenny Food Festival , Bia Beag, Meet the Makers, took three passionate, but very different food producers, and gave them the task of collaborating together on one or two food products. The result Knockdrinna Cheese, The Truffle Fairy and Highbank Orchards combined to create the delicious after dinner Apple Liqueur with rosemary, Apple Gin with thyme, Cheese with lemon, and Orchard Syrup with blackcurrant sumptuous chocolates A captive audience in Butler House Hotel, were treated to delicious samples. These chocolates will be available at the up and coming Bite Show in the RDS 19-22nd November
