French Toast with vanilla and Highbank Orchard Syrup

Ingredients

  • Loaf of Day old bread
  • 6 Eggs
  • Vanilla Pod
  • Cup of milk
  • Highbank Orchard Syrup
  • Knob of Butter

Method

Whisk milk with eggs and vanilla and pour into a wide tray. Slice bread and allow to soak in tray. Add knob of butter to frying pan and fry bread for about 3min each side on a medium heat. Drizzle over Highbank Orchard Syrup and enjoy.
