Orchard Syrup Salad Dressing

A light and simple way to make salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Highbank Orchard Syrup
  • 50ml lemon juice
  • 1 part olive oil
  • crushed garlic to taste

Method

Shake the ingredients together and pour over the salad and toss.
