Stress and overwhelm removes our ability to connect with ourselves, others, and the world around us.

Trisha will set up the day with a guided meditation under the oak tree, where we can ease down our minds, and slow our pace so we can open ourselves to connectivity throughout the day.

In the afternoon, Trisha will lead a gentle yoga flow that will bring energy, vitality and ease into the body and mind, setting you up for the journey ahead.

there will be an option to take The Highbank Wellness Blossom Walk  (approx. 2.5km) during the Yoga Flow if preferred. .

Karen will share her insights on how the earth and gut microbiome has evolved, and teach us how to bring our gut ecology back to a happy place.

She will share recipes, tips, and demo how you can change your gut health in two weeks by doing a workshop on how to approach food for better health.

Etaoin is the curator and director of Fennelly's of Callan a cultural coffeehouse and creative hub in the heart of Callan town.

There she programmes gigs, skill swaps, open mics and biodiversity workshops, alongside working with local growers & farmers.

Light brunch will be provided by Etaoin in the orchard where she will speak about her practice and the importance of connectivity, balance, courage and creativity.

At 4.00p.m imbibe and imbue at Fennelly's in Callan a long table of delicious colourful seasonal food to eat and drink together in the flowering courtyard

Rod will share his adventure of travelling with the farm on the journey from chemically curated to fully natural over 40 years, watching the re-establishment of The Microbiome, The Insect Kingdom and The Plant Substrate.

Rod and Julie witnessed the phenomenon of nature re- establish itself in this beautiful land, which culminated in their real treasure - Highbank Apple Cider Vinegar.

In the afternoon an option to take The Highbank Wellness Blossom Walk  (approx. 2.5km) during the Yoga Flow.
